Protests against raids by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) popped up in major cities across the country this week as organizing groups gear up for a nationwide day of action on Saturday
Videos and photographs of Wednesday raids across the country show people clashing with, running from and being arrested by immigration agents.
As immigration raids continue to ramp up, anti-ICE protests are now sweeping the nation from Los Angeles to Chicago and even right here in Florida.

In the Sunshine State, officials are promising zero tolerance for violence during demonstrations focused largely on immigration and ICE.
The Special Response Teams (SRTs) are tactical units under ICE that use BearCat tracked vehicles, long guns and tactical vests in operations considered high risk. They were used in the raid on Sean “Diddy” Combs’ home, for example. They were most recently used in Los Angeles and are seen as among the reasons protests began.
