B randon Blackstock and ex-wife Kelly Clarkson’s former assistant Brittney Marie Jones were “soulmates,” according to Jones’ father. After Blackstock died last Thursday at the age of 48 following a private, three-year battle with melanoma, Jones’ dad mourned his passing on Facebook.
