Heading into the third period of Tuesday’s Game 1 matchup against the Vegas Golden Knights, the Edmonton Oilers needed a spark. Sixteen minutes later, Zach Hyman scored the game-winner as he skated into the high slot and fired a bullet that zipped past Golden Knights goaltender Adin Hill glove-side — the third of four Oilers’ unanswered goals.

The Western Conference Semifinals will begin with the Vegas Golden Knights hosting the Edmonton Oilers. Vegas found their way back from a 2-1 deficit against the Minnesota Wild and wrapped up the series in six games.
