Space startup Firefly Aerospace (FLY) has kicked off its roadshow for a proposed initial public offering of 16.2 million shares of common stock. The company plans to price the offering between $35.00 and $39.

The Cedar Park-based company, which plans to trade on the Nasdaq market as FLY, would launch with a valuation of about $5.5 billion.
