When he visited the man in the hospital after the fire, his uncle said, “I was shocked, he looks like a Holocaust survivor.”

A Connecticut woman was arrested Wednesday after allegedly holding her stepson captive for 20 years, according to police. Waterbury police said they arrested 56-year-old Kimberly Sullivan after an investigation into abuse claims her 32-year-old stepson made to firefighters at her home last month.
