The No. 3 Texas Volleyball team starts its postseason journey against Ole Miss in the quarterfinals of the SEC tournament.

The second seeded Texas A&M volleyball team swept 15th seeded Vanderbilt 3-0 (25-21, 25-21, 27-25) in the quarterfinals of the SEC Volleyball Tournament.

Texas A&M is No. 11 in the RPI rankings, which the NCAA committee uses to seed the 64 teams in the NCAA Tournament. Wins over the Longhorns and Kentucky (if both teams make the finals) could bump the Aggies into the top eight, which would guarantee postseason rounds at Reed Arena. Texas A&M plays in the semifinal round at 7:30 p.m. Monday.

SAN ANGELO, Texas (KFDA) - The #17 Lady Buffs of West Texas A&M took the opening frame before the Texas Woman’s Pioneers found an offensive rhythm on their way to a four-set victory (25-21, 23-25, 16-25, 13-25) in the quarterfinal round of the 2025 Lone Star Conference Volleyball Championships at the Junell Center.

The No. 20 TCU Horned Frogs celebrated five seniors on Saturday in the Schollmaier Arena. Ella Foti, Sarah Sylvester, Riley Weigelt, Emily Van Groningen, and Melanie McGann were all celebrated pre-game and each got the start for TCU.

The high school volleyball season has come to a close with no local teams winning state championships this year, but two Bushland players were given awards for their efforts in the playoffs this season.
