The remains of a woman from Washington who was missing for a year have been found in a storage locker in The Dalles, Oregon.

Consuelo Carrasco-Ramirez, a 53-year-old Hemet resident, was arrested on suspicion of running a "Ponzi scheme" through a wholesale avocado business, using intimidation. She allegedly threatened Latino investors with deportation.
