Kamala Harris will deliver a speech Wednesday afternoon a few hours after officially conceding in a phone call to President-elect Donald Trump.

Howard University, a historically Black college in Washington, D.C., is referred to as the "Mecca." Since 1867, it has been a gathering place for Black people in the U.S. and from all over the world.

The AP’s VoteCast survey found that Trump picked up a small but significant share of younger voters, Black voters and Hispanic voters – many of whom were feeling down about the economy. Majorities of younger Black voters and Latino voters said the economy is not working well, according to the survey.
