Brendan Sorsby passed for 214 yards and two touchdowns, Evan Pryor ran for 111 yards and two TDs and Cincinnati used a 17-point first quarter to beat No. 14 Iowa State 38-30.
Iowa State won the toss and deferred to the second half. The Wildcats received the ball first, but Ismail Mahdi fumbled the ball on the return. Caden Matson recovered, but after a review, Mahdi was ruled down before the ball came out.
