In additon to ancient statues, jewelry, furniture and other relics unearthed from King Tut's tomb, curators highlighted his bed, chair, throne and even a small game that was played by the king.

"Tales of Terror: The Curse of King Tut" follows the curse-laden mysteries surrounding those involved in discovering and excavating King Tut's tomb and the media frenzy that followed.

King Tut is the subject of the new pop-up exhibition “Tutankhamen: His Tomb and His Treasures” at Rhode Island Center on Brentwood Road in Northeast D.C. from May 2 to July 31.
