MLB is seeking to add a salary cap in the next Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Major League Baseball Players Association, but getting it done isn't going to be easy.

This week, the MLB Player’s Association and the league submitted their preliminary proposals to formally kick off the much-anticipated (much-dreaded?) collective bargaining agreement negotiations.
