The incident began just after 6 a.m. November 21 after the man made numerous calls to 911 alleging felony crimes in progress.
April Nicole Sutton Long and 73-year-old Leroy Seegers, died after flames engulfed their home on Windsong Hill Drive.
The fire had spread so significantly that it made rescue operations impossible when firefighters arrived, officials said.
Authorities say two Silverstreet residents were found dead after a house fire on Windsong Hill Drive Friday morning. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
