The massive storm is bringing heavy snow and dangerous freezing rain to a wide swath of the country on Sunday. Snow totals so far have topped 8 inches in Arkansas, 11 inches in Illinois and Ohio, 13 inches in Indiana,

A massive snowstorm has left over 700,000 homes across the US without power amidst freezing conditions.

The storm has brought snow, sleet and freezing rain to the eastern part of the country, with National Weather Service warnings reaching from Texas in the south to New England in the north-east.
