Cincinnati native Vivek Ramaswamy is reportedly planning to announce a run for governor of Ohio shortly. The reports come after Ramaswamy was being considered for Ohio’s vacant US Senate seat previously occupied by Vice President-elect JD Vance. Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine chose his Lt. Gov., Jon Husted, to fill the seat on Friday.
