A Powerball ticket sold in western Washington just missed the $549 million jackpot but still won big in a second-chance drawing, according to state lottery officials. The ticket won $50,000 in the Double Play drawing held after the Powerball drawing on Saturday, Nov. 15, a spokesperson for Washington’s Lottery told The Olympian via email.
