A man was fatally shot after an argument outside of Wacko’s on Emerson Street on Tuesday morning, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
The appellants included Wacko’s Too, Sinsations, Bare Assets, Passions, Emperors and Flashdancers — all Jacksonville bikini bars — along with a few individual erotic dancers.
The plaintiffs cited a recent decision that upheld a Jacksonville law that banned strippers under 21 from adult-entertainment venues.
Police said at about 2 a.m. the victim got into an argument after leaving Wacko's Gentlemen's Club in Englewood and was shot.
