Scottie Barnes scored 17 points as the Raptors held on for a 119-109 victory over the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday as Toronto extended its win streak to seven.

There isn't much to cheer for in Brooklyn, but a few stats should at least lead fans to think the Nets have potential.

Martin ended up leading the Nets with 26 points for game after shooting 7-of-14 from the field and 5-of-7 from three. The five triples and his total scoring output were each second-bests for his career. The Nets and Raptors each matched their next 10 points, keeping us tied at 104-104 as time trickled down to the 3:31 mark of the third.

Now with seven consecutive wins in a row under their belts, the Raptors will be tested again tomorrow when the Cavaliers are in town. It will be the second night of a back-to-back for both teams, which brings the chance for… wild hoops.

Collin Murray-Boyles will be back in the lineup for the Toronto Raptors against the Brooklyn Nets tonight but starting centre Jakob Poeltl was out.
