The LAPD arrested Encino resident Raymond Boodarian as a suspect in the double homicide on Tuesday. Police said he may have entered the home through an unlocked door. When the residents arrived home, a “confrontation ensued, which resulted in the suspect taking their lives,” police said.

The bodies were discovered at the couple's $5 million home in Encino, CA, and they suffered gunshot wounds, TMZ reported, describing the deaths as a "double homicide" and "gruesome." Both Kaye and Deluca were 70 years old, according to police.
