SEPTA has implement the first phase of cuts on Sunday after the transit agency says it couldn't fill its budget gap.

Rapid transit route B3 (Broad-Ridge Spur) will cease operations along with an additional 18 bus routes, four of them and the two Night Owl buses located in the city.
