Although he says he’s not switching to the Republican Party, Pennsylvana Sen. John Fetterman says the messaging of his Democratic Party is not resonating with voters.

Fetterman argued the party is seen as toxic due to a reliance on negativity and pessimism to relate to voters. “I think [Democrats’] primary currency was shaming and scolding and talking down to people and telling them,
