The owners of the all-girls summer camp in Texas where 27 young people died during catastrophic floods in July say they plan to reopen parts of the camp by next summer.

Camp Mystic has announced that it plans to reopen one of its Texas sites, where 27 girls and counselors died in a July flood.

The letter to families said the Cypress Lake camp would open next summer. They also plan a memorial dedicated to the victims.
