Anthony Marcus Kelly, a 38-year-old Cincinnati man, is charged with federal crimes for allegedly threatening to kill ICE agents and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem on social media.

Anthony Kelly is reportedly facing charges for allegedly threatening to kidnap, assault, and murder a U.S. official.

Records show the man is currently held in Butler County Jail after he was arrested by Homeland Security July 19.
