A DOD-contracted aircraft flying an intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance mission crashed in the Philippines, killing all four on board, federal officials said.

The plane, which had been contracted by the Pentagon, went down during a routine mission in the southern Philippines, the U.S. military said.
