Two women are facing charges after two dogs died in a hot car in Bridgewater Wednesday afternoon, police announced Thursday.

Robert J. Bullock, Sr., 60, shut off a chlorine pump that disinfects drinking water, causing “insufficiently disinfected” water to enter the town’s supply, prosecutors said.
