Chelsea manager Enzo Marseca has described Real Betis boss Manuel Pelligrini as being like a father to him in football as they prepare to go head-to-head in next week's UEFA Conference League final.

Maresca is looking forward to a "special" clash against Betis manager Manuel Pellegrini and labelled him as his "professional dad" as the Chelsea manager turns to him for advice. He also stated that he spoke to Pellegrini yesterday and learnt how to "manage players" and everything that comes with the job over the years.
