Colorado Avalanche captain Gabriel Landeskog's first goal in nearly three years brought Ball Arena to its feet Saturday night. Landeskog snapped a quick shot past netminder Jake Oettinger to give the Colorado Avalanche a 3-0 lead in Game 4 against the Dallas Stars midway through the second period.

Gabriel Landeskog's teammates rushed to embrace him, all with smiles on their faces. They all knew, to an extent, what this journey had been like for the Colorado Avalanche captain. He's the only one that fully knows.
