With warmer-than-normal ocean waters, forecasters are expecting another unusually busy hurricane season for the Atlantic.

The upcoming Atlantic hurricane season is expected to see "above-normal" storms. In anticipation, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says it's prepared.
