Jury of 10 men, 5 women seated in Sen. Nicole Mitchell’s felony burglary trial
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. — During jury selection for the felony burglary trial of Sen. Nicole Mitchell, DFL-Woodbury, the Becker County prosecutor asked just a few questions of the 23 potential jurors as he sought to forecast who might be most receptive to his arguments.
The trial, which is expected to play out like a messy family drama, will begin in Detroit Lakes with jury selection.
