Honolulu Emergency Medical Services and the state Department of Corrections have made an agreement after ambulance crews were left alone with inmates.

Roadwork on Kuhio Avenue will begin Monday, May 5, to convert the eastbound curbside lane into a bus and bike-only lane.

Nicole Bullock, 47, was reported missing on Friday, April 25 in Hilo. She is considered endangered at this time and may be in need of medical assistance.
