Khalil Terry, a four-star safety for the class of 2027, announced Sunday his decommitment from Michigan State, opening his recruitment and chanced for UCLA.

The Pembroke Pines (Fla.) Flanagan High School star ended his recruitment with the news delivered to the UCLA staff during his official visit in memorable fashion. “I announced it on the yacht at dinner (Saturday) night,” Carlos told Rivals. “They were super excited. (Head) Coach (DeShaun) Foster danced the whole night (laughing).

• USC picked up a commitment from four-star linebacker Talanoa Ili, who played high school football in Southern California before moving to Hawaii recently.
