EUGENE — No. 7 Oregon defeated No. 15 USC 42-27 Saturday afternoon at Autzen Stadium. Dan Lanning recapped the 10th win of the season for the Ducks (10-1, 7-1 Big Ten), who travel to Washington next week.

Oregon honored Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Marcus Mariota during Saturday’s game against USC, while Ducks players and coaches on the sidelines wore sweatshirts on the sidelines emblazoned with “Ohana” in honor of his Hawaiian heritage.

Oregon responded to USC's score with a score of its own. On 3rd-and-2 in USC territory, Dante Moore ripped a ball up the seam to tight end Kenyon Sadiq, who hauled in a contested catch for a 28-yard score. The Ducks lead 35-21 with 2:13 to go in the third.
