Brenda Spencer, 38, and Branndon Mosley, 41, were arrested over the weekend, days after the victim, Spencer’s daughter, escaped their home.

Brenda Spencer, 38, and Branndon Mosley, 41, both of Gloucester Township, were arrested and charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child and other offenses.

Mosley worked for SEPTA as a regional rail conductor, officials said. He was among the employees who were honored by SEPTA in March. Brenda Spencer, 38, and Branndon Mosley, 41.

The victim told law enforcement that she had been abused by Brenda Spencer, 38, and Branndon Mosley, 41, since 2018, when she was removed from school and held captive in the couple's home.

The victim, now 18, told detectives that 38-year-old Brenda Spencer and 41-year-old Branndon Mosley had been abusing her since approximately 2018.

Officials identified the suspects as Brenda Spencer, 38, and Branndon Mosley, 41. Officials did not disclose their relationship to the victim.
