Former Kentucky Football OL Daniel Mincey arrested in alleged stabbing of UAB teammates
UAB offensive lineman Daniel Mincey, a former Kentucky Wildcats reserve, was arrested Saturday after allegedly stabbing two defensive linemen on the Blazers’ roster, according to AL.com. The incident happened only hours before UAB was set to take the field against South Florida at Protective Stadium.
Daniel Mincey has been identified as the UAB football player who stabbed two UAB defensive linemen inside the UAB Football Operations Center on Saturday.
Saturday’s college football slate has been marred by a disturbing story out of the UAB program. Two Blazers players were stabbed earlier today, and one of their teammates is now facing charges, including attempted murder.
