Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy defiantly declared Saturday that his countrymen “will not give their land to the occupier,” after President Donald Trump suggested that a peace deal would include some “swapping” of territories with Russia.

President Trump is preparing to take another swing at a deal with President Putin during a high-stakes summit next Friday in Anchorage, Alaska. The president said Ukraine will have to give up some territory if there is going to be a ceasefire.
