The initial idea behind this project was to not necessarily create a project at all. We were just recording because we were enjoying what we were creating and it gave us an opportunity to do what we do and to catch up on each others lives.

Latent Lounge is a concert series that will take place at The Monarch Tavern in downtown Toronto on March 22, March 29, April 5 and April 12. Each evening will consist of three sets of music performed by Latent artists and their friends.

In addition to full album releases, Latent Recordings.com will also carry all sorts of unique content that will allow you the listener to step into the creative process with your favourite artists (demos), or to join them in performance (live recordings) and also be present for special collaborations and acoustic performances.

Over the past twenty years I have slowly been collecting recording gear and building up our inventory of instruments, amplifiers, mics, compressors, pre-amps, fx units, etc. We now have a large, eclectic collection of equipment that is continually growing and mutating.
