Recovering emails from 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 Need to recover my emails deleted by my ex carer/boyfriend who deleted all my receipts and trying to steel off me.

Gmail keeps saying the system encountered a problem (#2014). I can't send emails from Gmail all day. What's wrong? Does anyone know how to fix it?
