Crawfish Cream Sauce 1 lb frozen pre-cooked crawfish tails (or shrimp) 1/2 stick of butter 1 cup chopped onion, bell pepper, celery 1 pint heavy whipping cream 2 cups Parmesan cheese Seasonings (badia complete, paprika, oregano, basil) Saute 🧅🫑 in butter. Add in heavy whipping cream and cheese.
