I visited the temple that was moved—Philae Temple, Aswan, Egypt

✈️🇪🇬 Today we flew from Cairo to Aswan and stepped straight into Egypt’s living history. 😮 In the company of our brilliant Egyptologist, 🙋🏻‍♂️ we explored the immense dam that gave birth to Lake Nasser and the ethereal temple of Isis 🛕 rising from the waters of Philae. We watched the ancient art of papyrus come alive, climbed through the sun-baked rocks to the mighty unfinished obelisk, and drifted along the Nile aboard a traditional felucca ⛵️ before savouring afternoon tea at the legenda
