A frequent uncredited voice actor in Warner Bros. cartoons of the '30s and '40s was Billy Bletcher. Standing 5' 2", the actor had a big, deep booming voice that can also be heard in many MGM and Disney cartoons (as Mickey Mouse's nemesis Pegleg Pete and the Big Bad Wolf in "The Three Little Pigs").
