A ground-breaking ceremony has taken place to mark construction of the new Cardiff indoor arena beginning. The rain held off just long enough last week for us to celebrate an important milestone in our Channel View regeneration scheme. Block A — a 15 storey building that will provide 102 new apartments for older people — has now reached its highest point of construction.
