I heard about Circle from Hilary Cottam’s book Radical Help and immediately went to meet the remaining Circle in Rochdale. Here are our ideas about how Wellbeing Teams, Circle and Community Circles could work together - reducing isolation, supporting people to connect around shared interests, and get support to make change in their lives. I think this builds on what community link people or navigators are doing, and mobilises social prescribing. We would love your ideas - please comment. Helen |
