The last field! The heat and humidity has made the hay mature quickly this week. This hay is different than the stuff you’ve seen me cut earlier. It’s grassier and more mature. It will have higher fibre and lower protein but that’s okay since I’m going for quantity over quality this time. It will be perfect feed for my younger animals. They don’t need the rocket fuel that my cows require to make milk. That circle of trees you see holds a number of springs that gurgle out of the ground all year r
