This #WorldStrokeDay ,I share my story to raise awareness for a rare type of stroke called Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis (CVST). It's caused by clots in the brain’s veins. Mine was triggered by Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS), a rare autoimmune disease that causes abnormal blood clotting. I live with permanent brain clots and take warfarin for life.
